SELLING > CUSTOMERS > ADDRESS
OR
BUYING > SUPPLIER > ADDRESS

Creating an Address

1. Choose the Address Title. If creating the address from another document, this field will be prefilled.

2. Make a selection for "Address Type"

   1. Options: Billing, Shipping, or Other.

3. Fill the Address fields:

   1. Address Line 1

   2. Address Line 2

   3. City/Town

   4. County

   5. State

   6. Country

   7. Postal Code

4. Fill in additional contact details:

   1. Email

   2. Phone

   3. Fax

5. If this is the primary billing or shipping address of the customer, tick the appropriate check-box.

6. If this is an address for Metalcraft, Check Is Your Company Address

7. If the address is for a customer or supplier, select the party in the appropriate field. If creating from the Customer/Supplier form, the field will be prefilled.

8. If this address pertains to a specific Sales Partner, select them in the Sales Partner field.

9. If this address is for a Lead, select it in the Lead field.

10. Click SAVE at the top right corner of the document
