Toolbar

This is the toolbar, shown on the left side of the screen in most documents. An explanation of features, from top to bottom:

• Comments - Shows how many comments a document has without scrolling to the bottom of the page (In the case of the screen-shot to the right, the document has no comments)

• Assigned To - If the document is assigned to someone, that user will have a ToDo added to their list and an email sent to them.

• Attachments - Files can either be uploaded directly, or be a link to an outside source.

• Tags - Users can add tags to files to group them together. The list view can be filtered by tags.

• Shared With - Some users have the ability to share files with users that would not otherwise have permissions to view the file.

• ♥ - A user can favorite a file in order to easily find it later.

• Edit & Creator - Shows the creator and last editor of the file, and when those actions were done.
